We are excited to announce that construction will begin on the next phase of improvements at the Raymond Lutgert Park at Park Shore on Monday, July 25th.
Over the next several weeks, we will be installing lovely new trees and shrubs, enhanced walkways, and improved lighting that will make our beach park even more enjoyable.
Please note that the construction site will be fenced off for safety, so the restroom building will not be accessible for use. A temporary path to the beach will be created along the north side of the property, so it is advised that you park your vehicle in the northern half of the parking lot.
We hope that by doing this work in summer we will inconvenience the fewest members. It is estimated that this current phase of improvements will be completed by the end of September.
Future beach park improvements call for several picnic tables to be purchased and installed throughout the beach park. If you are interested in helping to fund these amenities, please contact Park Shore Association President Karen Champion at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your continued support of the Park Shore Association.
