Keeping Our Park Secure and Resilient

Dear Park Shore Association Members,

We are pleased to share important updates about our association’s plans for the coming year. During the recent board meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously voted to maintain annual dues at the current rate of $300 per year. This decision reflects our commitment to keeping membership affordable while continuing to provide exceptional value to our members.

Changes to Initiation Fee

While annual dues remain unchanged, the initiation fee for new members has been adjusted to $1,000. This is a strategic move. Reserves are vital to ensuring the long term sustainability and improvement of our park. As we approach the anticipated park resiliency improvement project expected next year by the condominium Commons T/U, R and S, these funds will empower us to make the required park alterations to create a safer, more enjoyable environment for all members.

Resiliency and Security Improvements

The Park Shore Association is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of park accessibility and safety. As part of our ongoing commitment, we foresee increased expenses related to security measures designed to preserve member-exclusive access to the park. These measures are essential for maintaining the integrity of our community spaces and ensuring that they remain a sanctuary for members and their guests.
