history-of-park-shore

It all began in 1964 when a visionary man named Raymond L. Lutgert embarked on a remarkable project that transformed 760 acres bordering over a 1 mile of Naples pristine beachfront into one of the most prestigious communities in all of Florida.

What would ultimately be named Park Shore, Raymond L. Lutgert’s community, was the very first PUD, planned unit development, in the state of Florida and has served as a model for future communities ever since.

Raymond L. Lutgert’s innovative thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and his deep respect for the environment became the foundation for the Park Shore we know and cherish today.  As residents of Park Shore, we have the great honor and privilege of proudly calling this our home.
